constantly resets at random losing all progress, and the nomad chests that its supposed to open in the main game have never opened for me. The app is clearly unfinished.

*updated* Sent a question to Ubisoft on this issue with no reply. Guess they dont care about their customers. The app is okay, moderately enjoyable. There is one major glitch though. I do the Nomad missions and get the message that the chest is available and I have 24 hours to collect it or one of my assassins will, which ties up the assassin for further missions. I go to open the chest that the app indicates with Arno in Unity and it says I need to do the missions to get access. So I have apparently wasted my time.

this app needs an update due to continuous crashing when trying to sign into uplay

My app will not let me connect to my Xbox one (even while playing online) and it only searches for a pc version of the game, how do I connect it to my Xbox?!

The app works just as intended and I have all the chest know and the Altair armour I wanted. 10/10

I cant even open any of the chests in game with Arno and I made sure I opened the app and directed Arno to the chest while the app was still open and I even bookmarked it but it still doesnt work. Whats the point of this thing anyway? It just makes things more annoying instead of actually letting us enjoy the actual game

There is outfits and chests in the game and I cant connect please ubisoft make the features available.

Initially this worked almost completed it. Then they did an update on the ps4 game and my companion app no longer synchs.

Simple as the title says.. Just remove it from the app store if you cant fix it and If you can fix it then update us so we know that we are not being ignored

So much lost progress. 2 hour missions are taking all day as every time I login progress resets or time has only inched forward. Very frustrating

The glyphs are not that hard to find. If you keep on looking youll find them, I found all of them in one day so stop complaining and open your eyes.

I bought premium hoping some of my problems would be solved but I cant connect to my Xbox with it rendering it useless.

Seems like it would be good, be nice if you could actually use it though.

Upgraded to the premium version and was nearing completion. Since the update I have not been able to log in. It is very frustrating. Please fix.

This app is completely useless. Plus what did I pay 2.99 for I got nothing out of it AND it wont connect to my xbox one

I know that someone thought that releasing a Unity companion app was a good idea, a way to expand and enhance the gameplaying experiance, i could get on board with that, but heres the problem, it doesnt work, It seems the way of the world that everything related to video games is rushed out the door half finished these days and the attitude is lets patch it up later, if your wise wait a year after a game release and then maybe it will actually work, the irony being that youll probably pay half the price that the early buyers paid and get a game that hopefully works,

The app is still broken. I cant connect the app to my Xbox one. Why should we have to get this app to get 100% if we already payed for the full game ?
